Ian Carrington became President, our International President was Ron Burton, District Governor was Phil Clancy and Assistant District Governor was again Steve McKewen.

This was the year we celebrated 75 years of service to the community and we had a celebratory dinner at the Corowa Golf Club.  The Dinner was attended by about 75 people many past members and members form clubs we had charted.  Many memories were shared on the night.

We started the year with 27 members, and in November we inducted new member Margaret Horlock, a solicitor new to town and she has already proven to be an excellent addition to the club.  Unfortunately towards the end of the year we lost Narelle Mann, due to a promotion and subsequent move with her employment.  This left us unchanged for the year.

In July we welcome our exchange student Louise Wettenlundh from Sweden.  In January 2014 we sent out Grace Baker to Stockholm, Sweden, for her big adventure.

During the year the club did a number of new things:

• We assited the Corowa Community Garden group get started.
• Had a National Breast Cancer Foundation, fundraiser night at the Corowa Golf Club.
• Ran a raffle to raise funds for Australian Rotary Health, which provides significant research into men’s health.
• Started our wine pack sales
• We shared an Easter Egg Hunt with the Corowa Baptist Church as a PR exercise with great success
• Hopefully this will be a once off, as we contributed directly to a family in the Philippines to help them and their village survive Typhoon Haiyan, we also purchased 2 Aquaboxes
• Oversaw the first Fred Taylor Memorial Scholarship

The club also participated in its usual programs of catering for the military vehicles, Valhalla Winery, Australia Day Federation Festival, as well as doing race gates, organising the Giving Tree at Corowa Supa IGA, which saw Christmas Hampers given away to needy families in Corowa, Bowel Scan .

The club again contributed Rotary Foundation, via the contributions being attributed to each member’s individual account.

Total donations for the year were $12,186.

The changeover saw Rotarian Alan Wilson presented with a Paul Harris Fellow
